[s1] can be seen by lucents and clan veterans. [s2] can be seen by all clan members and approved clan guests. [s3] can be seen by clan members in a specific Tide. [s4] can be seen by clan veterans and most OOC ambassadors. [s5] can be seen by trusted clan members. [s6] can be seen by clan leadership and in select cases by trusted clan members in a specific Tide. Unless otherwise stated, forums are OOC. Individual threads may be marked [IC] at each thread author's discretion, however. Marking individual posts as IC is discouraged (smells like crossing ), but marking individual posts as OOC in IC contexts isn't (player comments are always welcome!). Daylight Daylight brackets all public forums of the clan. Anything in this section is entirely free for viewing - one doesn't even have to register to read things here. Shadows Cast The free for all chat board. Come together with the members of the Splinters of Dusk here, but keep in mind whatever you post is still publically viewable. Illumination The topics posted here are relevant when treating the Splinters of Dusk as a clan - be it by summarising what the clan actually does or by maintaining interaction lists. You're welcome to post your questions in Shadows Cast if you come as a representative of another clan (providing, of course, you've not already got access to more secret boards). Glass This board contains in-depth information on the clan for anyone wanting to know the gritty details of the Tides and rules we subject our members to. It's considerably more fine-grained than Illumination, and not that relevant to contractors - more to prospective members. As a guest, you're welcome to post questions about Splinters of Dusk membership in Shadows Cast, we'll get to you as soon as possible. Light at the End of the Tunnel In a way, this board is the opposite of Glass - whereas Glass is aimed at prospective members, Light at the End of the Tunnel primarily addresses contractors. Twilight The gateway to the clan. [s1] Source ... Dusk Bracket for boards available to all clan members. [s2] Radiance All clan-discussion that doesn't fall into the other categories is aggregated here. [s2] Reflections Roleplaying threads of the proper kind go here. That's all narrative roleplaying - and just about anything pure-IC that you'd like available for semi-public reading (though if it's not narrative, we ask that you quote it as you post it). [s2] Lightswitch This information archive and in-depth Ravenblack encyclopaedia is currently slowly being transferred to the bloodpoints database. In the meantime, it'll remain posted here for perusal at the clan members' leisure. [s3] Eventide All threads pertaining to the Eventide go here, most notably their bookkeeping. Note that this forum is visible to the Morningtide, too, so drops can (and should be) coordinated here. [s3] Morningtide General threads pertaining to the Morningtide go here. For example, active contracts are exclusively tracked here unless the contractor is making use of Twilight. [s3] Morningtide: Bookkeeping Specific bookkeeping threads for the Morningtide go here. Deep Dusk Bracket for boards available to trusted members. [s4] Black Light The OOC ambassador discussion board. Contains lists of who's allied with us, what we're currently RPing together, if anything, and general OOC diplomatic efforts between the involvees. Each clan in OOC alliance with us has their own thread here. [s4] Hue Discussions about rule changes on fundamental, philosophical levels go here. Essentially, if you find yourself wondering why any part of the codex is written as it is and feel it could use re-writing or clarification, this is the best place to do so. General discussion about gekkonid philosophy is also welcome, though. [s4] Spirituality A board for all old clan contracts. These are obviously not active anymore, but some people might like the opportunity to look at the past projects with nostalgia, rather than them being locked away in Dust. [s5] Enlightenment This forum stores membership information - in-city names, instant messaging information (if not provided by the respective member's board profile), ranks, et cetera. Night [s6] Laser Light A tactical discussion board for the trusted Morningtide, as well as a place to discuss contract pricing and acceptance with clan leadership. [s6] Nexus A forum for clan leadership to discuss rule changes, contracts, OOC issues (be they plotlines or strictly non-RP), and anything they deem to be leader-y, really. [s6] Dust: Misc This is a place where threads go if they've gotten too hot to handle, or just too old to bear. It's presumed nothing in here will be relevant to non-leadership, hence the high level. [s6] Dust: Tides Same as Dust: Misc, except with Tide-specific threads. Thread going in here are labelled [E] for Eventide, [M] for Morningtide for ease of browsing. [s6] Dust: Nexus Really old threads from Nexus go here. In this case, the high level is, of course, self-explanatory. Darkness These are boards available only to clan leadership and the unfortunate people who've been flaked (had their access revoked), for discussion as to what lead up to it and how it can be fixed. Because of that, you should hope never to find out the exact details of these boards.
